Thank you for ordering from Truck The Dog. This policy explains when and how your order ships.

Preorders and processing time

The Truck The Dog plushie is sold as a preorder. We estimate that your order will ship 7 to 10 weeks after your order date. This is an estimate, not a guarantee. If we expect a delay, we will email you with a new estimated ship date and give you the choice to keep waiting or to cancel for a full refund.

Shipping rates within the United States

Shipping within the United States is free.

Where we ship

We currently ship only to addresses within the United States.

Tracking

When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number and link whenever tracking is available.

Delivery times

Delivery times begin after your order ships, not on the day you place your preorder. Carrier delivery times are estimates and can vary based on your location, weather, holidays and carrier delays, which are outside our control.

Incorrect address

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away at hello@truckthedog.com. We cannot change an address after your order has shipped, and we are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost, delayed or damaged packages

If your package is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, email us at hello@truckthedog.com with your order number and we will help resolve it. See our Return and Refund Policy for details.
